Common questions
Why is my report not showing up?
Bhopper aggregates many reports per bar into a single Cover / Wait Badge. If yours is the only fresh report at a bar, the Badge usually reflects it within a second. If the bar already has competing reports in a different bucket, the displayed Badge may show the winning aggregate value rather than yours alone — but your individual report is still listed under Recent reports on the bar's detail page.
How do I flag an inaccurate report?
Open the bar detail page, scroll to Recent reports, and tap the flag icon on the row that's wrong. Flagged reports drop out of aggregation immediately.
How do I delete everything I've submitted?
Me tab → Delete my data. See the privacy policy for what exactly gets erased.
Is the app available outside Boston?
Not yet. Bhopper launched Boston-only. Multi-city is on the roadmap but not scheduled.
